Competing in the Superlight R600 Championship from 2013, the racer is the most extreme machine yet from Caterham to take to the circuit, but CAR hears there'll be a road legal version along soon for hardcore track day fans. The Ceed is the car that changed our perception of Kia, and three years after launch the first model the Korean company designed and built entirely in Europe has been given a mid-life facelift. The new looks are obvious, with revised headlights and a tweaked grille meant to give the Ceed the latest Korean family face seen on the Soul. There are also tweaked rear lights, while new front and rear bumpers make the Ceed 25mm longer than before.
The new Skoda Octavia was unveiled earlier this week in the Czech brand's museum at its home in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. Car Design News was in attendance to check out the third generation of what the company calls ‘the heart of Skoda'. The new Octavia is the fourth model in the Volkswagen Group to be built on the new MQB (Modularer Querbaukasten) platform.
